I specialize in working with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but feel chronically overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck — often due to unresolved relational trauma.

Attachment Trauma

You might look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you feel like you’re always bracing. I help clients who feel anxious, shut down, or over-functioning in their relationships start to listen to what their body has been trying to say all along. You can learn to feel safe in your

body and your relationships.

I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults living with the effects of PTSD and complex trauma. My approach is relational and somatic — focused on restoring safety, building internal resources, and supporting nervous system regulation. Together, we work to gently process trauma at a pace your system can tolerate, so you can move toward greater connection and stability.

PTSD & C-PTSD

Trauma can leave lasting imprints — not just in the mind, but in the body and nervous system. Whether you're dealing with a single overwhelming event (PTSD) or a long history of relational wounding (C-PTSD), therapy can help you gently reconnect with safety, trust, and yourself.

 

I support adults who carry the weight of trauma — often quietly — while still managing daily life. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, using somatic and relational approaches to help you feel more grounded, present, and whole. Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past — it means learning how to live differently with it.
