Integration Therapy
Relational, trauma-focused therapy for sensitive, self-aware adults feeling stuck.

Psychotherapy Supervision for Ontario Therapists
My approach to clinical supervision is relational, reflective, and grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based, and humanistic principles. Just as healing in therapy happens within safe and attuned relationships, I believe growth in supervision does too.
I aim to create a space where supervisees feel supported in bringing not only their clinical questions, but also their inner experiences — doubts, emotions, reactions, and patterns — into supervision. Our work together involves more than skill-building; it’s about deepening self-awareness, strengthening clinical judgment, and integrating your personal and professional identity as a therapist.
Clinical Supervision Offerings
My Approach to Trauma-Informed Supervision
I use a T.E.A.M.-based framework — Teaching, Evaluating, Assuring, and Mentoring — to respond to the evolving developmental needs of each supervisee.

-
Teaching and Evaluating: In early stages, supervision may focus on structured teaching, clinical skill development, and active feedback.
-
Assuring: As your confidence grows, our work may shift toward collaborative case conceptualization, exploring transference and countertransference, and building comfort with nuance and complexity.
-
Mentoring: At the core is mentorship — helping therapists find and trust their unique clinical voice.
-
Evaluation and accountability are transparent and collaborative, with feedback offered clearly and compassionately to support reflection, confidence, and professional integrity.
The Heart of My Supervision Style
Mentoring means helping therapists become more fully themselves in their clinical work. Together, we’ll explore your values, voice, and relationship with the work, while attending to the emotional demands of the profession.
Our conversations may include personal, symbolic, and systemic perspectives, with cultural humility and awareness of power and privilege woven into our process.
Whether you’re beginning your clinical journey or seeking deeper integration later in your career, my goal is to offer a supervisory space that feels safe, engaged, and alive — a space that fosters insight, growth, and integrity in your development as a therapist.
