Therapy for ADHD, High Sensitivity & Attachment Patterns in Toronto
You may have been told you are “too sensitive,” struggle with focus, or find yourself stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You might feel overwhelmed easily, take in more than others seem to, or have difficulty regulating your energy, attention, or emotions.
Therapy can help you make sense of these experiences—whether they relate to ADHD, high sensitivity, attachment patterns, or the way your nervous system has adapted over time.
Neurodiversity and ADHD
Neurodiversity refers to the natural range of differences in how human brains function. Rather than viewing these differences as deficits, a neurodiversity-informed approach recognizes that people process, experience, and respond to the world in unique ways.
I support clients with ADHD, high sensitivity, ASD, and other sensitive neurotypes through a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach. Our work may include psychoeducation, practical strategies, and a deeper understanding of how your nervous system has adapted through lived experience.
For many neurodivergent adults, challenges with attention, motivation, and follow-through are often misunderstood as purely “executive functioning” issues. In reality, these patterns are frequently connected to overwhelm, stress, and nervous system dysregulation—not a lack of effort or ability.
When trauma is a primary factor, we can explore this more directly in trauma therapy.

A short, trauma-informed overview exploring how ADHD symptoms are often shaped by stress, overwhelm, and nervous system protection—not laziness or lack of willpower.
Attachment Patterns and Relationships
Attachment patterns shape how we relate to others—how we connect, protect ourselves, and respond to closeness or distance in relationships.
You may notice patterns such as people-pleasing, difficulty trusting others, fear of abandonment, or pulling away when things feel too intense. These patterns often develop as adaptive responses to earlier relational experiences.
In therapy, we explore these patterns with curiosity and care, helping you build greater awareness, develop more secure ways of relating, and create a stronger sense of safety within yourself and in your relationships.
Integration & Psychedelic Coaching
Are you curious about the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted healing, or looking for support in integrating a past experience?
I offer preparation and integration support grounded in harm reduction and nervous system awareness. Whether you are planning to participate in a ceremony or making sense of a previous experience, we work together to set intentions, clarify expectations, and create a thoughtful integration process.
This work focuses on helping you translate insight into meaningful, sustainable change in your daily life.

Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and Sensory Processing
I specialize in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or misunderstood.
Being highly sensitive means taking in more information from your environment—emotionally, physically, and relationally. While this can be a strength, it can also lead to burnout, anxiety, and difficulty regulating your energy.
Together, we work on understanding your sensitivity, reducing overwhelm, and shifting any negative core beliefs that may have developed around this trait.
As a highly sensitive person myself, I bring both clinical understanding and lived experience to this work, helping you move toward greater regulation, clarity, and self-trust.
When Trauma and Overwhelm Are Part of the Picture
For many people, experiences like ADHD, high sensitivity, and attachment patterns don’t exist in isolation. Chronic stress, relational experiences, or past trauma can shape how the nervous system responds—leading to overwhelm, shutdown, or difficulty feeling safe and regulated.
In this space, we can begin to understand how these layers connect, without rushing into deeper trauma work before you feel ready.
